The game PoN! Armadillo Island establishes the following conditions for the player while using the game.
The parties to these terms are Danish Cultural Institute (DCI) referred to as DCI at the end of the qualified term, and the Player, the user of this platform.
- By playing the game PoN! Armadillo Island, the player declares that they have read these terms in their entirety and agree to the established conditions, which take effect immediately upon using the tool.
1.1. If you do not agree with any of the conditions established below, you should not access or use the website or the resources available through it.
- The present policy is valid throughout the national territory and applies throughout the region of the Americas.
- The conditions established here will be valid for the entire period in which the game PoN! Armadillo Island is made available to players.
- The game can be accessed on smartphones and computers using Apple or Android providers and will be free, connected through the internet.
- The player declares to be 13 (thirteen) years of age or older, or to be supervised by their legal guardian during the use of the game.
5.1. DCI is not responsible for minors accessing the game or for them not being accompanied by their legal guardians.
- All copyrights of the PoN! Armadillo Island game are reserved to DCI.
6.1. Any unauthorized copies or reproductions will infringe copyright law and these terms, and the Infringing Party shall be held responsible.
6.2. The game’s source code is the property of DCI, and unauthorized access will be interpreted as Misappropriation, in accordance with the Brazilian Penal Code.
- The player is not allowed to engage in actions, inductions, or incitements during the game or while using the platform, that propagate sexism, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ageism, religious intolerance, or any other form of discrimination.
- DCI is not responsible for the actions taken by the players during the game.
- DCI commits to taking all necessary measures to comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709, dated August 14, 2018).
- DCI may change these Terms of Use at any time, and the player should review them regularly to ensure compliance with the implemented conditions and changes. The use of the platform will be understood as accepting the conditions.
- The holder of all rights is Danish Cultural Institute – Instituto Cultural da Dinamarca, registered under CNPJ No. 09.334.550/0001-11.
